We are a voice and data networking solutions provider located in Petaluma. We are a fun, energetic company experiencing growth across multiple market segments and need someone who can help us support our growing customer base in the North Bay.
We have implemented a high-end Network Operations Center to support our growing managed services and business-continuity offerings. This position is primarily focused on helpdesk support for our growing list of customers. Onsite work at customer sites will play a role as well as substantial remote network management. This is a 100% a customer oriented position so patience and a friendly demeanor are an absolute requirement.
At a minimum, respondents should be competent in current Microsoft Server and Desktop platforms.. Excellent troubleshooting skills are important.
